Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shop Warehouse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
